Premium Virtual Training

This package includes 24/7 WhatsApp support along with a monthly check-in/discussion and updated training programme. You will have a 'personal trainer in your pocket' with me being available to respond to any questions or queries you have in detail within 24 hours. On top of this we will have a monthly call to discuss how the past month went and any areas that need particular focus, adjusting the training programme accordingly.
